6063 Aluminum Pipe
Aluminum tube 6063 is a tubular tube of 6063 aluminum alloy. This grade is commonly referred to as a construction alloy. Aluminum alloy 6063 pipe is an alloy with silicon and magnesium as alloy elements. The 6063 grade is a standard that controls its composition and is typically used for aluminum extrusions. It can even easily form complex shapes with smooth surfaces. Pipes and tubes manufactured using 6063 aluminum are made from a heat-treatable alloy. The alloy has good weldability and excellent corrosion resistance. Due to its finer grain structure, it is considered ideal for anodizing. This grade of aluminum alloy has a variety of applications. Aluminum alloy 6063 is a medium strength alloy often referred to as a construction alloy. It is often used for complex extrusions. It has a good surface finish, high corrosion resistance, is easy to weld and is easy to anodize. Aluminum alloy 6063A is a variation of 6063 that offers greater strength but retains the same good surface finish quality and anodizing affinity.
