Big Spangle Galvanized Steel Sheet
When the word "spangle" is used to describe the surface appearance of galvanized steel, it refers to the typical snowflake or sextet star pattern visible to the naked eye. Galvanized Sheet: A thin sheet of steel that is dipped in a bath of molten zinc to coat its surface with a layer of zinc. In view of the above mechanism, spangles on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets are controlled by different methods. Large spangle galvanized sheet in production: First, the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is made into a special steel mesh or a unique surface before the zinc liquid solidifies. The cooling rolls with evenly distributed bumps on the upper part are in contact with each other. Uniformly distributed crystal nuclei form upon contact with molten zinc and then grow into acceptable and uniformly distributed spangles. The other is to spray atomized water on the surface of the zinc liquid before the coating zinc liquid solidifies to form a large number of cooling sections on the surface of the zinc liquid.
