Carbon Steel Channel
The channel steel is a "C" shape made of hot-rolled carbon steel. Constructed with vertical webs and top and bottom horizontal flanges with inside radius corners, it is available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses. Carbon Steel Channel is a hot rolled product with inside radius corners widely used in building and structural applications. The channel shape is C (parallel flanges) or U (tapered flanges), with two flanges joined together at a 90-degree angle to aid in strength. Carbon steel channels are ideal for machinery, vehicle and building framing.
