CZ121 Brass Sheet
The corresponding domestic grade for CZ121 brass sheet is HPb59-3 lead brass, also known as CuZn39Pb3 lead brass. Its chemical composition includes copper (Cu) content between 57.0 and 59.0, zinc (Zn) for the balance, and lead (Pb) content between 2.5 and 3.5. In addition to copper, zinc and lead, it also contains small amounts of other alloying elements such as aluminum (Al), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), antimony (Sb) and tin (Sn). As a result, it has excellent cutting properties and high strength. Due to the high lead content of this alloy, it has good casting and machining properties. In addition, CZ121 brass sheet has good corrosion resistance and high electrical conductivity, and is widely used in the manufacture of various mechanical parts, pipes and valves.
