DX51D Galvanized Steel Tube
DX51D galvanized steel tube is a European standard galvanized steel pipe. Its base plate is hot rolled, stamping grade 51, and low carbon steel as the base material. DX51D+Z is its hot-dip galvanized version. The hot-dip galvanized surface is plated with a layer of zinc is applied, 140 means 140 grams of zinc is applied, and 275 means 275 grams of zinc is applied. The base plate used in hot-dip galvanizing is cold-rolled, and coating the cold-rolled plate with zinc is called galvanizing. Ordinary hot-dip galvanizing is 80 grams, and 140 and 275 are high zinc layers. The purpose of hot-dip galvanizing is to prevent steel from rusting. Compared with ordinary steel pipes, DX51D galvanized tubes have stronger corrosion resistance and longer service life, so they are widely used in construction, municipal engineering, industry and other fields. At the same time, it has good mechanical properties and processing properties. It can withstand certain pressure and bending, and is easy to cut, bend and weld, so it also has good processing performance when making various metal products and pipes.
