Galvanized Steel Coil
Hot-dip galvanized coil (GI coil) is produced by passing the pickled and rolled full-hard plate through a zinc pot and coating the surface with a zinc film. Due to the properties of zinc, it has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability and workability. Generally, the process and specifications of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and galvanized steel coils are basically the same. Applications for galvanized coils include: Guardrails, ventilation ducts, gutters and downspouts, pre- and post-paint applications, gutter and ceiling hangers, roller shutter rails. Auto parts, electrical appliances, refrigerator appliances, signs, auto parts, vending machines, washing machines, display cabinets and other structural uses, roofs, commercial uses.
