Hot Dipped Galvalume Steel Coil
The surface of galvalume-coated steel coils is smooth and flat, with a unique star-shaped pattern and a silver-white background color. The special coating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of galvalume coils can reach 25 years, and they have good heat resistance and can be used in high temperature environments up to 315°C. It has good adhesion between the coating and the paint film, as well as good processing properties such as stamping, shearing, and welding, and its surface has excellent conductivity. Galvalume is made from a mixture of aluminum and zinc with a small amount of silicon. This helps it adhere better and stay more durable. The addition of aluminum is what differentiates galvalume from galvanized steel.
