JIS G3303 Tinplate Plate
Tinplate is made of black plated steel plated with tin on both sides through an electroplating process. While tinplate has long been used by the packaging industry for cans and bottle caps, it is also commonly used to produce deep-drawn oil filter housings, metal hoses, paint trays, and more. JIS G3303 Tinplate is valued for its corrosion resistance, weldability and weldability, and its attractive metallic luster. Food and Beverages: Beer, soft drink and nectar bottle caps (called crown caps or corona caps) Glass bottle caps (desserts, jams, sauces, etc.) Fruit, vegetable, meat, fish and prepared food jars Dairy jars ( Milk powder, condensed milk cream, vitamin-enriched foods) dehydrated and canned dry foods (peanuts, raisins, biscuits, oatmeal, etc.). Tinplate is made of cold-rolled steel plate, coated on both sides by electroplating. Tinplate is used to make a variety of parts, including deep-drawn oil filter housings, electronics shields and bakeware. The tin coating acts as a barrier, preventing water and air from corroding or otherwise damaging the steel surface.
