All Quanshuo Copper Tubes in Industrial Flat Wound Coils and ACR are produced as per international standards and customer specific requirements. For heavy duty coils, Level wound coil(LWC) copper tubes can be wound in jumbo coil form as per customer requirements. The entire copper tube is cleaned with nitrogen, and in order to prevent internal oxidation of the coil during large-scale transportation, the tube ends are sealed with plastic end caps. Quanshuo offers LWC coils with cardboard reels to protect them from any form of damage. These coils are particularly suitable for long-term production in industrial applications and are widely used in the ACR and heat exchanger fields. Flat wound copper coils are usually available in soft annealed and lightly annealed forms, while LWC can also be ordered in hard drawn tempered form upon customer request.
