PPGI Steel Coil
The color-coated galvanized steel coil is based on hot-dip galvanized steel coil. First, the surface of the color-coated steel coil is pretreated, and then coated with one or more layers of liquid paint by roller coating, and finally baked and cooled. Coatings used include polyester, silicon-modified polyester with high durability, corrosion resistance and formability. PPGI is pre-coated galvanized iron, also known as pre-coated steel plate, coil-coated steel plate, color-coated steel plate, etc., usually with hot-dip galvanized steel plate as the base material. Galvanized steel PPGI steel coil completely coated with zinc coating layer. Unlike galvalume steel, PPGL steel coil is plated with aluminum, zinc and a small amount of silicone.
