Wooden Grain PPGI Steel Coil
Wood-grain color-coated steel coil is a color-coated steel coil with wood grain texture on the surface, usually consisting of a substrate, a coating, and a surface film. It has the look of wood grain, but is more durable and easier to maintain than it is. The process flow for producing this kind of coils is baking, cooling, fine coating, engraving, exit ring, inspection factory, shearing, coiling, machine sewing, entrance, pretreatment, initial coating, baking, etc. Features of wood grain PPGI steel coil: (1) Good durability, longer service life than galvanized steel; (2) Good heat resistance, less likely to change color at high temperatures than galvanized steel; (4) Gorgeous surface; ( 5) It has similar machining capabilities and spraying properties as galvanized steel; (6) It has good weldability.
